Neural Therapy
Neural Therapy technique involves the injection of a local anaesthetic (such as procaine) into areas of scarring or muscular trigger points.
Patients may expect temporary numbness and mild bruising in the treated area. Should any lingering discomfort exist, an ice pack can be applied to the affected area. Individual responses to treatment will vary.
After a thorough intake and physical examination, your physician at AIM will discuss whether trigger point or neural therapy may be indicated and effective for you.
